A
set of heads created to look like GI renders in ZBrush. ZBrush 1.5 will stop me having to do silly tests like this in the future


ZOMBIE SENSAI THRAXUS SOLO SET

A set of images created with ZBrush 1.5 Premiere usng the new soft shadows and global illuminiation settings. I tried to achieve the effect/illusion of an un-rendered figure that had had been created in Lightwave. All models in thisa image were created in ZBrush with ZSpheres or basic spheres.

The latest collection of ZBrush art. These images are mostly full figures studies using meshes from other 3D applications.

A new turn in my ZBrush work. A full figure study based of WWarhammer 40000 Space marines. Complted 100% in ZBrush. All post work completed in house without resorting to Photoshop for anything.

A head study of the actor that made a recent appearance in `Sleepy Hollow`. The images was created by making a 3D model of JD`s head in Zbrush then moving on to texturing the mesh with colour and depth using ZB`s powerful brushes. The post work and composition was all done in Photoshop.

The ZBrush Mechanoid Project


The three week ZBorg Project. A 2000x3600 ZBrush image. The ZBorg is made up of thousands of ZTOOLS painstakinging snapshot together in a `hero stance` figure holding a basket ball. The project started with concept sketches done with pen and ink and moved onto ZBrush to build the parts needed. All the textures and alpha maps were created in Photoshop and the materials made in the application itself. I used a beta version 1.2. Version 1.23 will be launched any day now. (May 2000)

A couple of weeks into using Zbrush and this collection is the result. Sculpting is improving, textures are better, I start to use objects more.

A series of head and shoulder profiles modelled using ZBrush. The latest version (not the demo) allows you to export these models as .OBJS allowing you to import them into programs like Bryce.
