HEAD MODELING PROJECT Part 11

HEAD MODELING PROJECT Part 1

One of my first head studies in Lightwave. The first set shows the modeling in process and some of the first test renders

THE DRAGON PROJECT I

As with much of my life I start things the hard way. TIP: if you are a new user don't try this at home! model a worm first! The first set shows the start and the wireframes.
THE DRAGON PROJECT II

more of the same but with textures.

THE DRAGON PROJECT III

Animations test. NOTE: I'm new at this. I want advice on how to improve. These are very early tests and a lot of the IK and Weight maps were wrong on the legs. This is now fixed.
THE BEAST

a SUB D model of a Dinosaur-like animal. One of my first full figure models. I wanted to put Ken Brilliants book, modeling Digital Dinosaurs to good use.
THE CHICK-O-SAUR

Morning learnings for a new user. I started to get the hang of symmetrical modeling eg. model one half of the figure and mirror it across.

ASSORTED CHARACTERS

Some of the very first test renders I did this year.
HUMANOID SETUPS

A set of images showing my attempts at modeling a humanoid body. The guy got mucles as he went along.

GREEN SKIN

A rather nasty looking Lightwave Troll. Starting off with the head and adding the humaoid body from the previous set of images.
