SILO TUTORIALS RELEASED 03:02:09


February sees the release of the first of a series of Silo tutorials that Nevercenter commissioned.

The series is split into three sections begriming with 1.01 Silo Basics. Following this set of videos will give anyone new to Silo or even to sub-division modeling a good grounding in 3D modeling principals.

THe second set is a Box Modeling set with the central theme being a Minotaur character. Box modeling allows a modeler the freedom to refine a rough shape and by iterations refine this into a complex 3D character. By following this set of videos a modeler can quickly learn the skills required and more experienced modelers my learn some new ways of modeling or a new tip or trick.

The third set is all about point by point modeling and is done with the aid of reference images placed in the front and side viewports. Combine these skills with the box modeling set and a new modeler would be armed to try most organic modeling projects.
